The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, labor management, contract management, time management and customer service.
Duties:
- Manage construction projects from start to finish - Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget - Create project schedules and manage project timelines - Work with stakeholders to ensure that all work is completed according to specifications - Manage project budgets and ensure that all expenses are within budget - Ensure that all work is completed safely and according to OSHA regulations - Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field - At least 5 years of experience in construction management - Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of contractors and subcontractors - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
