Available position would be night shift (5:
00 PM to 5:
00 AM), rotating 3- and 4-day work weeks and dispatching a team of up to seven drivers to various docks, warehouses and drop locations in and around a private manufacturing facility.
Previous road fleet dispatching or warehousing/shipping experience is a plus but not a necessity.
The candidate will need to be a very strong self-motivator and multi-tasker, able to quickly pick up on the management of fleet logistics.
Candidate will need to ensure all site safety rules and regulations are adhered to by the driving team and will be responsible for ensuring product movement and asset placement accuracy.
As well as meeting other key performance indicators such as move times and driver efficiency.
